New exercise twist shows promise for tennis elbow relief
NCT ID NCT07351942
First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tested a new exercise approach for tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). 58 adults did low-load resistance training for 6 weeks, some with a blood flow restriction cuff and some without. The goal was to see if the cuff helped reduce pain and improve grip strength and daily function better than exercise alone.
