First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tested three treatments for tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) in 27 adults over 6 weeks. One group did light wrist exercises with a blood flow restriction cuff, another did heavier eccentric exercises, and a third only wore a wrist brace and stretched. The goal was to see which approach best reduced pain and improved hand function.
