Summary
This study tests the chemotherapy drug temozolomide in people with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) that lack a key enzyme called SDH. About 29 adults will receive the drug to see if it shrinks tumors and is safe. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
