Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three drugs—temozolomide, cisplatin, and nivolumab—can shrink tumors in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. The trial includes 18 adults whose cancer is mismatch repair-proficient (a type that often resists immunotherapy alone). Researchers will monitor tumor changes using standard criteria and track side effects to see if the combination is safe and effective.
