Inclusion Criteria: * Age ≥ 18 anni * Signing informed consent * Patients who are candidates for transcatheter mitral or tricuspid surgery (TEER, TTVR). Exclusion Criteria: * Age \< 18 years * Contraindications to CMR or administration of contrast medium (gadolinium)
