Summary
This study compares doing core stabilization exercises at home via telerehabilitation versus in a clinic for people with chronic low back pain. The goal is to see if the convenient, low-cost home option works as well for reducing pain, improving quality of life, and building endurance. About 32 adults aged 25-55 with back pain lasting over 3 months will participate.
