Remote Brain-and-Body training may ease jaw pain in young adults

NCT ID NCT07556510

First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding dual-task exercises (combining physical and mental tasks) delivered via telerehabilitation can reduce pain and improve jaw function in 30 young adults with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. Participants will be split into two groups: one receives standard physiotherapy, the other adds remote dual-task training for six weeks. The goal is to see if this approach offers extra relief for jaw pain and related balance issues.
