Summary
This study tests two types of home exercise programs for people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), a lung disease that causes scarring and shortness of breath. Participants will be split into two groups: one doing live online exercise sessions and the other following video-based workouts. The goal is to see which approach better improves exercise ability and breathing symptoms.
