Digital therapy for back pain: a new hope for millions?

Summary
This study tests whether adding a 6-week online rehab program to standard care helps adults with long-term low back pain move better and hurt less. About 200 people from Mexican clinics will take part. They will get exercise videos, education, and weekly check-ins online, plus their usual doctor visits.
