Summary
This study is testing a home-based online rehabilitation program for adults with lymphoma or myeloma who are receiving CAR-T cell therapy. The program provides personalized exercise, nutrition plans, and counseling through a tablet or smartphone to help patients manage symptoms and improve their quality of life during and after treatment. The main goal is to see if this remote approach is practical and helpful for patients, with the hope of testing it in a larger future trial.
