NCT ID NCT07556510

First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding telerehabilitation-based dual-task exercises (combining physical and cognitive tasks) to standard physiotherapy can reduce pain and improve jaw function in 30 young adults with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. Participants will be split into two groups: one receiving standard care, the other adding remote dual-task training for six weeks. The goal is to see if this approach eases symptoms like pain and limited jaw movement.
