Summary
This study tests a six-month personalized telenursing program for 110 adults with multiple sclerosis. Participants receive monthly educational videos and nurse-led video calls to help them better understand their health and navigate the healthcare system. The goal is to improve health literacy, satisfaction with treatment, and trust in nurses, while also checking if the program is practical for wider use.
