Summary
This study looks at whether a web-based platform and app can help people receiving palliative care at home, along with their families and caregivers. About 150 adults in North Rhine-Westphalia will use the tool to track symptoms, vital signs, and well-being. Researchers will also interview participants to see if the technology is easy to use and improves care.
