Summary
This study tested a 24-week weight loss program delivered via video calls for 22 breast cancer survivors who were overweight or obese. The goal was to see if the program was acceptable and could improve quality of life, physical activity, and mood. Participants were cancer-free and at least 6 months past active treatment.
