Summary
This study tested whether a physical activity program delivered through video calls could help children with autism sleep better and reduce stress for their parents. 160 children aged 8-12 with autism and sleep difficulties participated with a parent. Families received guided exercises and professional support remotely to see if this approach improved daily life for both children and caregivers.
