Phone support boosts breastfeeding and mood in new moms

Summary
This study looks at whether telehealth counseling can help first-time mothers breastfeed longer, feel more confident, and lower their risk of postpartum depression. About 100 new moms will either get standard care or extra video/phone support. Researchers will track breastfeeding success and mood over time.
