Summary

This study looks at whether telehealth counseling can help first-time mothers breastfeed longer, feel more confident, and have fewer symptoms of postpartum depression. About 100 new moms will either get standard care or extra support through video or phone calls. Researchers will track breastfeeding rates, self-confidence, and mood over time.
