NCT ID NCT07556705
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study compares two ways to treat neck pain in people who work at computers: doing exercises at home with digital guidance (tele-rehabilitation) versus going to a clinic for supervised sessions. Sixty-two adults aged 18-35 with neck pain for at least 12 weeks will participate. Both groups will do the same exercises for 6 weeks. The goal is to see which method better reduces pain and disability and improves exercise adherence.
