Summary
This study tests whether cognitive functional therapy (a mix of counseling and movement) is better than Pilates for reducing disability in older adults with chronic low back pain. Both treatments are delivered via video calls (telerehabilitation). The study will enroll 200 people aged 60 and older who have had back pain for at least 12 weeks.
