First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using a mobile app for exercise guidance and monitoring helps people recover better after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair compared to standard paper instructions. About 102 adults will be randomly assigned to either the app group or the paper group. The researchers will measure shoulder function, pain, and satisfaction over 6 months to see which method works best.
