Summary
This study tested whether a proactive tele-nutrition team could improve nutrition and quality of life in 158 adults with stage IV cancer starting chemotherapy. Participants received remote nutritional guidance from a team that included a clinical nutritionist, aiming to prevent weight loss and malnutrition. The main goal was to reduce the rate of cancer-related wasting (cachexia).
