Summary
This study tests whether regular phone counseling can help people who have had weight-loss surgery (sleeve gastrectomy) stick to their nutrition, exercise, and medication routines. Researchers will enroll 80 adults and compare those who receive tele-counseling to those who do not. The goal is to see if this simple support service improves long-term health habits after surgery.
