Summary
This study aims to determine if simple mobility tests can be accurately conducted through video calls instead of in-person doctor visits. Researchers will compare results from 180 older adults and younger individuals performing the same tests both remotely and face-to-face. The goal is to make functional assessments more accessible for seniors while maintaining accuracy.
