Summary
This study compares two 10-day treatment plans for Helicobacter pylori, a stomach infection that can cause ulcers. Researchers want to see if a newer drug (tegoprazan) works better than the standard treatment in South Korea, where antibiotic resistance is common. About 400 adults with confirmed H. pylori will take part.
