Blood test may prevent clots after leg surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether a special blood test called TEG-PM can help doctors choose the right blood-thinning medication for people who have had leg artery surgery for peripheral artery disease (PAD). About 130 adults will have their blood tested before and after surgery, and their medications (aspirin, clopidogrel, or ticagrelor) may be adjusted based on the results. The goal is to reduce the risk of blood clots forming in the treated leg.
