First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looked at whether using a 16% carbamide peroxide whitening gel every other day causes less tooth sensitivity than using it every day. 110 adults who wanted whiter teeth took part. The goal was to find a way to reduce the common side effect of tooth pain while still getting good whitening results.
