First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looked at whether being a 'night owl' (going to bed late) increases risks for teens. 176 teens who were late sleepers took part in programs to shift their bedtimes earlier. The goal was to see if improving sleep timing could help their mood, behavior, thinking, and physical health.
