Summary
This study tested a 6-session group therapy program for teenagers struggling with emotional distress after the 2019 Christchurch mosque attacks. The program combined standard mental health techniques with Islamic principles. Researchers measured changes in emotional symptoms, trauma, and daily functioning in 26 teens, and also checked on parents' stress levels.
