Summary
This study looks at how hormones during puberty might affect mood differently in boys and girls. Researchers will use a smartphone app to track mood and brain activity in 60 teens aged 11-14 who have had a stressful event or feel down. The goal is to understand why depression rates rise in girls during puberty.
