Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a combination of six drugs (TEDDI-R) in 48 adults with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has spread to the central nervous system. The goal is to see if this mix can control the cancer better than current treatments. Participants receive the drugs in 21-day cycles and are followed for up to 3 years.
