New drug combo aims to stop smoldering myeloma from becoming active cancer

Summary
This study tests whether combining Teclistamab or Talquetamab with Daratumumab can delay or prevent multiple myeloma in people with high-risk smoldering myeloma. About 50 participants will receive one of the two drug combinations. The main goal is to see if the treatment can make cancer undetectable (MRD negative) after 12 cycles.
