Summary

This early-phase trial is testing a combination of two drugs—teclistamab and iberdomide—for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or is no longer responding to treatment. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose. About 26 participants will receive the combination and be closely monitored for side effects and how well the cancer responds.
