Summary
This study tested a technology-based program to help older adults who were missing in-person meal services during the COVID-19 pandemic. It provided 369 participants with technology training and online nutrition education over 20 weeks. The goal was to improve diet quality, food security, and reduce social isolation for seniors at risk due to poverty and lack of tech access.
