Summary
This study tests whether Tecar therapy, a type of targeted radiofrequency treatment, can reduce pain and improve movement in people with chronic knee osteoarthritis. About 60 adults aged 40-75 with moderate knee arthritis will receive the therapy or a sham treatment. The goal is to see if this non-invasive approach helps with night, rest, and activity pain, as well as daily function.
