First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called tebentafusp in people with a specific type of eye cancer (uveal melanoma) that has spread to other parts of the body and has not been treated yet. The drug works by helping the immune system attack cancer cells. Researchers will also use a blood test to track tumor DNA and see how well the treatment works. About 44 adults with the right genetic marker (HLA-A*0201) will take part.
