First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called tebentafusp in people with a specific type of advanced eye cancer (uveal melanoma) that has spread to other parts of the body. The drug is designed to help the immune system attack cancer cells. Researchers will also use a blood test to measure tumor DNA and see how well the treatment works. About 44 people with a certain genetic marker (HLA-A*0201) who have not had prior treatment for their metastatic cancer will take part.
