Summary

This study tested a medical device called the TearCare System to see if it is safe and effective at relieving the signs and symptoms of dry eye disease. It was compared directly to another approved treatment called LipiFlow. The trial involved 235 adults with dry eye caused by blocked oil glands in their eyelids.
