Summary
This study tested a 24-week remote self-management program called TEAM-Red for depressed young African American women (ages 18-49) who also have risk factors for high blood pressure. 83 women participated, with half receiving the program and half on a waitlist. The goal was to see if the program could reduce depression and stress levels.
