Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TYK-01054 for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug works by blocking a protein called TEAD, which may help slow or stop tumor growth. The trial will enroll 219 adults and focus on safety, the right dose, and whether the drug shrinks tumors.
