Summary
This study looked at a training program to help teachers of deaf students use a specific signing method called Strategic and Interactive Signing Instruction (SISI). Four teachers from kindergarten through third grade took part. The training included a manual, live demonstrations, and discussions. Researchers measured how well teachers followed the method and tracked any extra coaching they needed.
