Summary
This small study tested a new approach for children with cerebral palsy: combining a gentle electrical brain stimulation (tDCS) with treadmill walking. Five children completed ten sessions. The goal was to see if this combo is safe and could improve walking, balance, and movement. Results are early but suggest this method might help ease symptoms and boost motor function.
