Summary
This study tests whether adding a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) to standard physical rehab can reduce disease severity in people with spinocerebellar ataxias, a group of movement disorders. Fifteen participants will receive either real or fake stimulation alongside rehab. The main goal is to see if the combination improves balance, coordination, and walking.
