Summary

This study tested whether a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) combined with physical therapy can reduce pain in women with chronic migraine. Eighty women aged 18-50 participated, comparing tDCS, physical therapy, both, or neither. The goal was to see if these non-drug approaches could lessen headache impact and improve quality of life.
