Summary
This study tested whether a gentle brain stimulation technique called tDCS could improve arm and hand function in people with recent spinal cord injuries. Thirteen participants received either real or fake tDCS alongside standard physical therapy. The study was stopped early, so results are limited, but the goal was to see if this approach is feasible and helps recovery.
