Summary

This study tests if a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) can make a type of therapy (DBT-ST) work better for adults with ADHD. Sixty adults will either get real or fake stimulation before weekly therapy sessions for 10 weeks. The goal is to see if the combo improves ADHD symptoms, thinking skills, and brain activity.
