Summary
This trial tests a new treatment for adults with a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack leukemia cells. The study aims to find a safe dose and see if the therapy can shrink or control the cancer.
