Engineered immune cells take aim at Hard-to-Treat KRAS cancers

NCT ID NCT07342738

First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called TCR-T, where a patient's own immune cells are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells driven by KRAS mutations. The trial will enroll 25 adults with advanced solid tumors (such as colorectal or lung cancer) who have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard therapies. The main goals are to check the treatment's safety and see if it can shrink tumors.
