First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment using a patient's own immune cells, engineered to attack cancer cells with specific KRAS mutations (G12V or G12D). It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have no standard treatment options left. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, while also looking at whether the tumors shrink.
