Summary
This study tests two traditional Chinese medicines (Danshen and Qishen Yiqi Dripping Pills) in elderly patients aged 75-89 who still have chest pain or discomfort from coronary heart disease despite standard treatments. The goal is to see if these herbal remedies can improve symptoms like angina and quality of life. 120 participants will be followed to measure changes in chest pain, daily function, and medication use.
