Ancient breathing exercises tested for lung disease prevention

Summary
This study tests whether TCM Daoyin therapy, a traditional Chinese movement and breathing practice, can improve lung function and exercise ability in 60 adults at risk for early-stage COPD. Participants will be randomly assigned to either Daoyin training or usual care. The goal is to see if this gentle therapy can ease symptoms and slow disease progression.
